.This historic renovation called for thoughtful spatial planning and a careful balance between modern functionality and the home’s original architectural character. Working within the existing footprint, the design team seamlessly integrated five bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bath and custom closets, while creating a more functional and inviting layout throughout the home. 

The renovation included a complete reimagining of the kitchen, along with bespoke finishes and custom details carefully selected to complement the home’s timeless character. Every element was approached with an emphasis on craftsmanship, proportion, and continuity between the original architecture and the updated spaces. Working closely with Katie Rosenfeld and her design team, we collaborated throughout the renovation to ensure that each modern improvement felt intentional and authentic to the home.
