We are a small team of passionate architects and technicians, led by Principal Architect Stephen Sullivan, all focused on producing the best possible product for our clients.

Architect
Stephen Sullivan has been a licensed architect since 2014. Originally from Connecticut, Stephen took an interest in architecture and construction at a young age while working for his father. His experience ranges from designing row houses in New York City to working on sets for Broadway shows. Since 2015, his interest focused on the design and construction of shingle style homes along the New England coastline. Stephen lives in Newport, Rhode Island with his wife Alex and their daughter Frances.
Stephen is an active member of the American Institute of Architects, is NCARB Certified, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Stephen is licensed to practice architecture in the states of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York.
