Project Information: This Cape Cod style home was built in 1954 and was renovated in 2019. We added the shed dormer, a small 1st floor addition, and the covered porch to the front façade. We incorporated many shingle style details including exposed rafter tails, shingled columns, and functional windows with divided lites. Much care was taken to scale the proportions of the windows and details to that of the home.
