Project Information: This 100+ year old building sits on top of a bluff in Watch Hill Rhode Island. It went through a major renovation and was completed in 2024. Our goals with the exterior of the building were to both bring the building back to its former glory and to create an environment suitable for a modern family. We consulted with the Historical Society of Westerly to obtain old photos of the original home. We used these as a reference for the new design of the home. The design team was a true collaboration between Sullivan Architecture, The Brooklyn Studio, Jeremiah Brent Design, Athena Calderone, and Christopher Thorp, Landscape Architect.
