Originally constructed as the Providence Telephone company, this building spent many years as an apartment building as well. Purchased in 2019, this building was transformed into a single family home. Falling within the historic Narragansett Pier neighborhood, this home design was reviewed and approved by the Narragansett Historic District Commission (HDC).
